At Samer Al Aridi Business Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our policies for refunds and cancellations for our coaching services, workshops, and courses.
1. Coaching Sessions
One-on-One Coaching Sessions
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a one-on-one coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions. If you are not satisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
2. Group Coaching Programs
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a group coaching program.
Cancellation and Refunds
• Before Program Start: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund only considering the other 50% as processing fees.
• Within 7 Days of Program Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may apply the payment towards a future program (requires written approval from us).
• After Program Start: No refunds will be issued after the program has started.
3. Workshops and Courses
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in a workshop or course.
• Before Workshop/Course Start: If you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the workshop or course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund only considering the other 50% as processing fees.
• Within 7 Days of Workshop/Course Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may apply the payment towards a future workshop or course (requires written approval from us).
• After Workshop/Course Start: No refunds will be issued after the workshop or course has started.
4. Online Courses
Access and Payment
• Full payment is required to access online courses. Once access is granted, it cannot be revoked.
Refunds
• Due to the digital nature of online courses, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

If you experience a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from attending a scheduled session, workshop, or course, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
